Indian Valley Campus Final Facilities Master Plan 2016-2021

Building 11 Renovation Abatement is currently taking place along with surgical demolishing. Project includes:  New Office Space  New Backup Generator  New HVAC system  New HVAC Infrastructure for all buildings in the administrative cluster

New Maintenance & Operations Building  6 work stations  9k+ square feet of storage  Storage for dumpsters  Storage for tractors  Loading dock for deliveries  Shower & Locker Rooms

New Outdoor Amphitheatre  Slated to hold 200+ people  Wiring for Audio/Visual and Data connections

New Outdoor Marquee Sign  Will be located to the right side of the road as you enter campus  About 150 feet from entrance, and about 40 feet up the side of hill  Sign is 14 feet wide and 9 feet high

New Plantings and Irrigation for Main Entrance  New Irrigation Controls  7 species of plants that are hardy and drought friendly  Over 1,200 individual plants being installed  All medians being down at entrance

POMO Cluster Upgrades  Will be working on window replacement, envelope replacement, carpet and painting interior/exterior  Also working on renovating 3 science labs

Abatement and Demo  Silverado Contractors have been selected to do abatement and demolishing of the following: • Building 20, 23, & 24 • Interior demolishing of buildings 11, 18 & 19 • Field House and M&O Buildings at Kentfield

Recondition Tennis Courts  All 6 courts in disrepair  3 will be rehabilitated for summer classes with new surface, lines and netting
