Keynote Speaker: Dr. Kipp Rodgers Author, Presenter & Director of Secondary Instruction for York County Schools Kipp D. Rogers, Ph.D. is a professional educator with over 20 years of experience. An author of several articles and three books on technology integration, Dr. Rogers regularly conducts workshops and seminars that focus on integrating technology into instruction. He received an International Leadership and Vision Award for his work with using mobile learning devices as instructional tools. Dr. Rogers has had classroom teaching and administrative experience at all levels in urban and suburban school districts. Under his leadership, his staff achieved high levels of professional learning, meaningful collaboration and significant increases in student performance after integrating technology and differentiating instruction.
