 Site Restoration to begin immediately after radiological D&D  Restore site to Unrestricted use: VT - IROCPP; ISFSI exception  Removal of all structures  No rubblization  All other Vermont laws apply SITE RESTORATION STANDARDS
 12/31/2014 - complete assessment of non-radiological conditions  Subsequently - Parties to work in good faith to establish SRS  Parties may agree to different standards and timing of Site Restoration if property were to be used for commercial/industrial use SITE RESTORATION STANDARDS
 Complete site assessment not submitted  State of VT has requested complete site assessment  Parties have discussed additional site restoration standards; no agreement in place. CURRENT STATUS
