Introduction

• Copenhagen Airports (CPH) wish to maintain a calm, clean and orderly atmosphere in the passenger terminals
• In order to fulfil the demand these terms are made for airlines and handling companies. CPH acknowledges that it is

important for the companies to have the possibility to brand their airline

• Pylons, hand baggage size gauges and retractable belt posts provided by CPH are in use throughout the terminals.

Terms of use is common use in the check-in areas

• Unauthorised signage at counters and other surfaces is not accepted
• The cost of all logo signs is the responsibility of the airlines or their handling agents

The signs are designed in polycarbonate with a very easy magnetic fastening Measurements: 500 x 500 mm or 500 x 100 mm

• CPH provides the common use monolith/pylon. Airlines have the opportunity to put up logo branding on the pylon –

both in front and on the back of the pylon. The branding is interchangeable at any time

• Pylons can be used when the airlines check-in counters are open. When not in use, the pylons must be placed in the

area of the staircases

• To fit in the pylon, the signs must comply with the measurements of the designated space.

Hand baggage size gauges

• CPH provides the common use hand baggage

size gauges

• The size limits of hand baggage comply with the

internationally agreed standards 56 (length) x 25 (width) x 45 (height) cm. Gauge is 138cm high

• The size gauge is neutral with CPH logo.

• It is important that the airlines’ CUSS

application inform the passengers of the size limits of hand baggage

• Airlines may use their own hand baggage size

gauges at all gates

• When the gauge is not in use it shall be

removed from the gate area

Airline logo branding behind the check-in counters

Additional logo branding behind the check-in counters is an option subject to the following restrictions:

• Logo branding signs can be used when the airlines check-in counters are open
• When not in use, the signs must be removed to an area not visible to the passengers
• The signs must comply with the measurements: 44 cm x 184 cm

• The signs must comply with the measurements:

420 mm x 590 mm, and must be placed directly on a retractable belt post

• When not in use, the signs must be removed from the post

and placed in an area not visible to the passengers

Check-in signs

• The signs on the check-in monitors are made

based on templates.

• The design of the templates allows you to

present different information, company logo and variable text, e.g. passenger class information.

• You can choose the sign layout that meets

your requirements.

Check-in signs

Standard check-in signs as shown below are set up free of charge. All you have to do is to send your company logo and text to CPH via your handling agent.

Retractable belt posts

• CPH provides retractable belt posts for queue management. No other posts are accepted
• CPH has carts for posts and puts up post stations under the staircases
• Posts can be placed under staircases in the terminals with or without carts
