M E M T E O T R O P R M P E T O SiloRe@der R P M E M T E O T R O P R M P E A few words about SiloRe@der T O R P M M E M E M T E T E O T T O R O R O P ❑ SiloRe@der is a bolt on weighing system that gives an accurate weight R P R P M P E indication of the silo content, and not just an indication for full or empty T O R based on a level measurement. P M M E M E M T E T E O T T O R ❑ O SiloRe@der measures the actual weight of the silo and its contents in kg R O P R P R P M P E T It uses load cell technology sensors attached to the silo legs, reducing O R P M drastically the installation time without needing to lift the silo or make any E M M T E E O T T changes on the silo legs. R O O P R R P M P E T SiloRe@der costs the same or a little more than a high - end level sensor O R M P M such as sonars or capacitive ropes , without the disadvantages of these E E M T M T E O E O systems. T R T R O P O P R R P M P E SiloRe@der can be successfully installed to almost any silo supported by T O R legs. Silo contents can be: cement, sand, aggregates, flour, grain like corn, M P M E E M T T rice, wheat, barley, oats, minerals, coal, chemicals, plastics, liquids or E O O T R R O P P R liquefied gases. R O P R P R P M P E T ❑ O PROTEM’s CTZ - 52 Smart Weight Indicator is the ideal way to display R P M M SiloRe@der’s weight. It can also be used on any T O R vessel supported by legs or a steel frame. P M M E M E M T E T E O T T O R ❑ O SiloRe@der can be easily fixed to any “H” R O P R P R P M P beam legs with best accuracy results. It E T O R can be also used successfully on P M E M M T rectangular tube legs, round shaped and E E O T T R O O P “L” section silo legs, provided that the R R P M P E sensor can be bolted on properly, and that T O R the stress level at this location is within M P M E E M T M T required levels. M E M T E O T R O P R M P E T O SiloRe@der R P M E M T E O T R O P R M P E T Operation principle O R P M M E M E M T E T E O T T O R O R O P R ❑ Each SiloRe@der sensor is basically a load cell P R P M P E T that, instead of measuring force, is bolted onto O R P M a surface where it measures the expansion or M E M E M T E T E O compression of the surface. T T O R O R O P R P R P M P E ❑ Onto the metal plate of the sensor, four thin T O R foil strain gauges are bonded and connected P M E M M T in a full Wheatstone Bridge arrangement. E E O T T R O O P R R P M P ❑ They operate on the principle that as the foil E T O is stretched or compressed, the resistance of R M P M E E M T the foil changes in a defined way. M T E O E O T R T R O P O P R R P ❑ The resistance value is measured and M P E T O converted in equivalent kilos by a weighing R M P M E E indicator.
