• 1. The Quartz stone worktop (and waterfall) is made up of 90% quartz

grains and the rest consisted of mainly resin. This is a durable material that can withstand heavy usage, stand up against sunlight and moisture, and keeping its good look longer.

• 2. The area where the BBQ slot in is lined with Quartz stone to

withstand very high heat radiated during cooking, protecting the cabinets from heat damages.

• 3. The specially designed stainless steel built-in brackets draw away heat

from the BBQ (sold separately as accessory). They ensure the BBQ and fridge perform at their peak.

• 4. The cabinets are constructed with water resistant marine grade

plywood (from the Eucalyptus tree), and finished off with easy to clean, white coloured laminates.

• 5. The doors and drawers are made of 6mm thick Quartz stone, glued
• nto strong aluminium extrusion frames, for a premium look and

resistant to hard knocks.

• 6. The drawers are fitted with premium Blum runners that extend fully

for easy access to larger items.

• 7. Quality Blum hardware is used for doors, like the handle-less door

with Blum Tip-on for hands free opening, and durable Blum door hinges.

• 8. Stylish and spacious under-mount kitchen sink made from 1.2mm

thick, 304 grade stainless steel in satin finish (L38cm x W33cm x D15cm).

• 9. The 35mm kitchen mixer (brass body) in chrome finish has a handy

pull-out tap. It complies to WMK & WELS approval.

• 10. The heavy duty cabinet feet are adjustable (up to 2cm) for fine

levelling, and carry up to 100kg of load (each).

Kitchen cabinet warranty covers… 2 years full warranty Further 5 years on manmade stone and marine grade plywood cabinets

Condition, warranty does not cover or becomes void: Kitchen cabinet must be installed undercover. Kitchen cabinet are made for domestic use only, commercial use void the warranty. Damages due to stagnant water in contact with kitchen cabinet. Damages due to uneven or movement of flooring. Normal wear and tear are not included. Normal discolouration of manmade stone due to sunlight are not included. Food stains on manmade stone are not covered. Manmade stone may have small markings due to the natural stone grains. Damages due to appliances that are not installed correctly, or without proper brackets. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their alfresco area meets local council and gas regulatory requirements. The warranty does not cover this.
