Payroll and personnel administration To provide high standard services in payroll and personnel administration, our fjrm, jointly with a well-known payroll bureau based in Milan, has set up the International Payroll Bureau, which assists our clients in all labor issues. Paolo Borghi International Liaison Born in Milan in 1965, Paolo graduated in economics and business in 1991, also qualifying that year as a chartered accountant and certifjed

• auditor. After years of experience with an auditing fjrm, in early 1993

he began his career as a chartered accountant. Paolo has signifjcant experience in the corporate law fjeld and medium-sized enterprises in the IT, mechanical and publishing sectors. He is the fjrm’s international liaison partner with the Moore Stephens International network and is a member of the board of Moore Stephens Italy Umbrella for the tax service line. He is member of the Accounting Principles Committee of the Milan Chamber of Chartered Accountants, which he has represented at conferences on fjnancial statements. paoloborghi@studiopdb.com

He started his career in 1989 as marketing assistant in a fashion-industry PR fjrm. In 1992 he transferred to the commercial and tax sector, working as an independent professional in several organisations, including the Milan fjrm of Studio Legale e Fiscale Sansone, before fjnally joining the Moore Stephens International network. In 2006 he became a partner in the Milan offjce of Studio Palma Debernardi Borghi, where he acts as the international liaison partner for the Italian offjce of Moore Stephens International. Fabrizio is a confjdent problem solver with strong negotiation and communication skills.
