The adult responsible for working directly with the Scouts to help them create the program for the troop. The Scoutmaster trains boy leaders to run the troop by providing direction, coaching, & support. The adult appointed by the chartered org. & registered as an adult leader of the
chairman appoints & supervises the unit committee & unit leaders. The direct contact between the unit & the Chartered Org. This individual is also the
committee and the Local
committee chair. Adult leaders age 18 or
Scoutmaster in delivering the troop program.
