Coordinator vs Partner  Submission of application only by coordinator;  Higher budget for coordinator -PMI;  Contract for each partner;  Each partner monitored by own NA;  Additional responsibilities: • Qualitative reporting • Erasmus+ Project Results Platform • Coordinating project partners

  4. Main Points in Contract  Application binds all partners;  Progress; Interim and Final reports;  Co-funding through unit costs;  Payment schedule • 80% pre financing – 20% final payment for projects <=24 months; • 40% pre financing- 40 % pre financing (interim report) – 20% final payment for projects > 24 months  Monitoring by NA

  5. Unit Costs vs Real Costs Unit Cost... the beneficiary has to be able to prove that the activity for which the grant support is awarded has really taken place eg. by submitting a certificate of attendance on the number of units granted. ...vs Real Costs the beneficiary has to claim the exact amount of expenditure against submission of receipts and invoices.
