  • The project was put together along with Tay Landscape Partnership to encourage pupils

to learn through a range of activities where they would:

  • Learn more about their own environment.
  • To look at keeping safe in town.
  • To practice some general life and social skills.
  • To practice numeracy and literacy – skills for life.
  • To gain a Dynamic Youth Award

They did this by:

  • Organising a trip into Perth
  • Doing their own risk assessment
  • Outdoor Learning – asking questions
  • Linking with Tayside Partnership (Lisa Snedden) and finding things out around Perth
  • Taking part in an art project (Katie Brunton)
  • Organising a sharing event to talk about their experience.
