  8.  Most of the RCRC Movement activities are dependent on the youth and volunteers.  50% of the volunteers are among the young people  1.8 billion individuals between 10 to 24 years old.  Most of them are living in the developing countries.  They have key roles during emergencies.  In Iran, one-third of the populations are young people.  This is a good opportunity.  A capacity to increase their knowledge by proper education and training 8

How to motivate the Youth Volunteers  Youth Clubs established based on YES (Youth Engagement Strategy) strategy in different levels  The NS(National Society) encourages the youth to be engaged in decision making levels, and leadership roles  During the year they are involved in different educational activities and programs  National festivals and competitions on relief, literature, art, vocation, culture, social affairs and sport.  DADRAS Program (Ready Students for Difficult Days)  SAHAR Female Team (psychological, cultural, social interventions) + Child Friendly Spaces 15
