  2. The mission of the Westport Department of Human Services is to promote independence, personal development and an enhanced quality of life for Westport residents of all ages. The Department is organized into three service areas:  Youth Services  Social Services  Senior Services In all three areas the Department works in partnership with other community organizations, service providers and funding sources.
