- Frances Duncan
- Started her career with the Secretary of State’s Office as a tour guide

- Retired in 1988 and was later appointed to the State Elections Board

- Started her career as a tour guide in the state capitol
- Held every division title: receptionist, election coordinator, assistant
director, and division director

following the date of the election. May be extended by the SOS if needed.
