DWQR Hopes
New RA tool should be used for new / reviewed RAs
- Phased approach, not a “Big Bang” – don’t stop risk assessing!
- Ultimate aim to have all Regulated PWS on tool
- Detailed implementation approach is up to LA
- LA decision whether to register Exempt supplies
- Some details (e.g. properties) may need to be refined over time
- Drinking Water Safety Plan output will be useful in driving
improvements & ownership
