Blu lueberry (B (Bilb ilberry ry) Chac achas • Riravo Blueberry is specially selected from the West Georgia and produced in very limited additions. After careful crushing, the fruit is cold soaked for 3 days and after we start the alcoholic fermentations that lasts around 15 days. Final Brix at crushing point is 11-13%. • We pack about 16kg of fruit into every 500ml bottle! • This unsweetened blueberry spirit expresses powerful and fruit-forward natural characters and aromas. Persimmon (KaKi) ) Chachas • Riravo Persimmon is hand-selected fruit from West Georgia and produced in limited quantities. The fruit is left on the trees till its ripeness and finishes it while stored at our facility. Pumpkin in (C (Cucurbit ita) Chachas • Riravo Pumpkin is specially selected type pumpkins from East Georgia and produced in very limited quantities. Prior to crushing, the pumpkins are cut in half, the stones are removed and only after it goes for crushing to be prepared for the fermentation.
