Blu lueberry (B (Bilb ilberry ry) Chac achas

  • Riravo Blueberry is specially selected from the

West Georgia and produced in very limited

  • additions. After careful crushing, the fruit is

cold soaked for 3 days and after we start the alcoholic fermentations that lasts around 15

  • days. Final Brix at crushing point is 11-13%.
  • We pack about 16kg of fruit into every 500ml

bottle!

  • This unsweetened blueberry spirit expresses

powerful and fruit-forward natural characters and aromas. The taste is soft, pure and pleasant at finish. Aftertaste is clean with a surprisingly nice hints of blueberries.

trees and produced in limited quantities. The fruit is left on the trees as long as possible and reaches the final ripeness while stored at our facility or contracted farmer’s storage. Final Brix at crushing point is 12-15%.

Pumpkin in (C (Cucurbit ita) Chachas

  • Riravo Pumpkin is specially selected type

pumpkins from East Georgia and produced in very limited quantities. Prior to crushing, the pumpkins are cut in half, the stones are removed and only after it goes for crushing to be prepared for the fermentation. Final Brix at crushing point is 8-10%.

regions of Georgia depending on the seasons for the fruit type. Wild apples are hand- selected from forests of western Georgia – Racha region and delivered to our distillery at its ripe conditions (14-18% Brix). The Apple brandy expresses powerful and fruit-forward natural apple characters.
