"Anything with a characterizing flavor – includes but not limited to a taste or aroma

Steps for Retailer Compliance

  • 1. By Wednesday, April 1, 2020 – flavored tobacco products in all

retailers are not to be sold in any store front.

  • 2. No inventory of any prohibited products is allowed.
  • 3. Be sure to have the correct Identification Required sticker,

unobstructed on your counter.

  • 4. Post state and local licenses in visible locations.
  • 5. Ensure clerks and staff are informed of all local, state and federal

laws.
