 UTA residence hall or UTA on-campus apartment or Centennial Court

 GPA Requirement:

 2.50 Cumulative GPA at Application

 Disciplinary Status Requirement:

 In “Good Standing” with the Office of Community Standards and Apartment & Residence Life

 Rent and Fees:

 Rent and Meal Plan paid and current
