• Screening Form (Students & Staff) Let’s Start with Safety • Temperature Checks • Full PPE • Required masks – Masks/ Shields K-2 • Installed sneeze guards • Isolation rooms • Tiverton Fire Marshall - Door Open • Social distancing 3-6 feet • Air exchanges 6 per hour • HEPA (High-efficiency Particulate Air) filters installed in our ventilation systems • Air purifiers installed in all rooms without windows • Building Subs • Bathroom Cleaning Schedules • Hand sanitizer, disinfectant in every classroom • Signage • Limited visitors, Google Meet Parent/Teacher Conferences • Classroom layouts – assigned seats; rearranged lunches
Masks • Masks can be taken off outside with six feet of separation • Masks can be taken off inside with six feet of separation and no talking • Silent classroom = safer classroom • 8 x 8 Boxes • Schedule hand cleaning/sanitizing • Staff need to be the role models

Educational Model – My Recommendation • Based upon our safety protocols, meeting the five criteria of reopening and looking at the number of students requesting DL (300) I am confident that we can open in this model: Elementary • K - all in • 1- all in • Grades 2-4 Hybrid (two groups - in for one-week - distance learning for a week) Middle School • Grade 5 - all in • Grades 6 - 8 (two groups - in for one-week - distance learning for a week) High School • Grade 9 - all in • Grades 10 - 12 (two groups - in for one-week - distance learning for a week) • If we move through September with no issues, I will bring everyone back on Monday, October 5th. Intensive special needs students - full in. • Students of our teachers - full in.
