Each registry operator has an assigned engagement manager who o serves as their point of contact at ICANN Act as an advocate within ICANN and represent registry operators’ o needs to other teams across the organization Service Design and Launch 2. Manage registry services lifecycle from planning, design, o implementation to maintenance Registry services include contracting, onboarding, evaluation, o agreement administration, rights protection mechanisms, and so on Implement Consensus Policies 3. Create implementation plan, engage the Implementation Review o Team, and conduct outreach which includes communication with the public and relevant stakeholders | 9
