WHERE WE GOT TO LAST YEAR… Four major reform projects: Lease out to private providers ► Sport and Recreation Centres: Reduce direct delivery ► Regional Offices: Establish at Jindabyne, Lake Ainsworth and Narrabeen ► High Performance Centres: Collaboration with Regional Academies ofSport ► High Performance Pathways: 4

  5. WHERE WE GOT TO LAST YEAR… ► In December 2016 – GOODNEWS ► Sport and Recreation Centres will be retained byGovernment. ► But…… they have to be “modernised andoptimised” 5
