Both directors are from a PMI and financial services background
since 2001
A company was formed 4 years which focused on CRM’s and
software solutions for the insurance industry.
The long term goal was always to build a whole of market quote
portal for the entire PMI broker market to use hence rapid quote was formed.
The PMI market is the most outdated part of all financial services
and up until now if you didn’t work for a network that was lucky enough to have developed it’s own quote engine you had the laborious task of going to each provider to obtain quotes.
We recognised there was a need for the independent broker
market to have the same access to a full market comparison.
To design a system that not only produces a whole of market review
but also produces a fully compliant sales process from start to finish.
Enables sales people to sell rather than spending hours on admin Streamlined compliance process that take between 5-10 mins to
complete a full sale that would have historically taken around 50.
Eliminates rekeying data to a bare minimum.
Obtains quotes from 11 providers for all underwriting criteria within
seconds.
Produces clear and concise comparison reports from 11 (soon to be
12) providers.
It also produces a brief benefits comparison chart, nearest hospital
list and amazing looking illustrations that outline what the client is exactly going to be covered for.
Full fact finds that print out in a clear and understandable format
and can be attached to any crm
Suitability reports that are fully compliant and can be done within
minutes without the need of templates or cutting and pasting.
Show at a glance the commissions to be paid on each policy
(which obviously none of us are bothered about)
Fully customizable settings which include:
Broker discounts from insurers Logos and whitelabelling Customisable benefits (that show in the benefit chart) The ability to create own reasons why for suitability reports
The dashboard
Clicking a featured product or insurance news will open up in a popup box. Featured products will change monthly and insurance news will be daily
The new notifications bar allows you to see if a support ticket has been answered, if someone has responded to something you have posted or if you have an incoming SME quote. Notifications will do lots more in the coming months
At the side there is settings where everything can be modified, the amount of commission you receive, customising discounts insurers offer your agency and much more
If you click on the profile icon you will have more options to customize your account, this will include inserting your own logos, addresses and contact details that you want to display on the quote comparison and other forms
You have two types of quote available quick or quote and fact find. For the purpose of this demo we will speak about quick quote. Once in the side bar click on “quick quote” and you will be presented with this form
As you select different options, different boxes will open. Select underwriting type, hospital list, some insurers have specific questions which will open up should various options be selected.
There are options on the form
itself to see which are the closest hospitals to that postcode and also if you are using the full quote and fact find option we have auto address population based on the postcode you enter.
Once you are happy the form
has been filled in correctly click get quote.
It will then produce a range of quotes from providers based
number of options you can do.
It is worth mentioning that if there are companies you don’t want to display or don’t quite match the criteria you simply x them out and they wont appear on the PDF. If you click print comparison it will display the PDF ready to send to your client
If you click on the insurer logo the sidebar will pop up giving you a brief overview of the product, you have the option to view all of the benefits with one click. From here you can print the illustration or brochure that accompanies the policy.
Our much improved illustrations give a much cleaner and professional look to you client
This is reactive to what appears in the quote and can cope with policies of upto ten children on one single page. This does form part of our premium package but will be given as standard to Amii members.

more advanced features such as fact finding, suitability reports and integrating into your CRM (commercial licence). My suggestion would be to try it first and see how you get along and then give us a call if you need assistance
GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will come into force on 25th May 2018 with the aim to protect and empower all EU citizens data privacy and reshape the way organizations across the region approach data privacy. As well as being compliant with the requirements around the storage and handling of personal data, it’s vital that your firm are clearly able to evidence this.

Data is accessed by the processor via a login screen with username
and password protection. A password reset will be sent via secure ssl encrypted email

software.
We can only access previous client quotes if related to a pricing
mis-match
We do not have access to any client details other than quote
reference name. Express permission has to be given by the processor (broker) to us in order to access that particular quote to check irregularities.
Data is only held on behalf of the broker, it is the brokers sole
responsibility to process and handle data within gdpr guidelines.

Acquired IR at the end of 2017 and are slowly updating it. We aim to fully update by the end of April 2018 On launch it will only include PMI benefit comparisons for person SME
and corporate
There are various different option, but what we are offering for amii
members is the full package which will include future updates.
The price is £30 per licence. We do not allow sharing of licences,
however if you should require a few licences prices are negotiable.
We offer an unlimited commercial licence which will include API
integration so the ability to create your own front facing comparison site or integrate with your back office CRM.
We also offer lots of other software solutions such as websites, crm’s
and mobile apps so feel free to talk to us.
