§12 CLC ranger groups now work from 14 remote communities with near 90 rangers employed § funding is mostly from the Australian Government NIAA and ILSC § an additional 3 emerging ranger groups are in development by the CLC, leveraging funding from 10 Deserts. § there is strong interest in communities for more ranger groups because of the importance of looking after country
