• A dredging project in the vicinity of the Davisville

piers will allow the port to continue to grow.

• Recently completed testing and sampling showed no

significant contamination or other issues.

• Cost of the project is estimated at $7.5 million.

–Annual projected debt service of $911,206 over 10

years (4% financing).

• This debt will be serviced with increased revenue

from the Port and QDC operating funds.

• No taxpayer funding w ill be required.
