THE PROJECT! May 17 - 30 The students from 2nd-5th grade at PS/IS 78 DO NOT HAVE AN ART TEACHER LiC-A will be creating this project with the kids so they can have a wonderful experience creating something special together! The completed project will be hung inside the school.

nonprofit organization, is collecting puzzles to be distributed to nursing homes and memory care facilities for people living with Alzheimer’s Disease. Puzzle- solving is a wonderful activity for people living with Alzheimer’s disease, since it stimulates their brain.
We are accepting new and used puzzles that are complete (no missing pieces). Puzzles that have nature
in the lobbies of the ECC and Middle School buildings for collection.
Volunteer! Help us solicit and organize auction items, help create our gala program, help set up the day of. We know your time is valuable so we will work around your schedules!
Ideas for Auction items: *Underwrite a portion of the event costs *Restaurant and spa gift certificates *Weekend Getaways, hotel stays, weekend house donations *Do you have access to sporting event tickets, theater/concert tickets or unique experiences (i.e. backstage passes, television taping or other VIP experiences)? *Do you work for a business that could donate goods and merchandise? *Ask your favorite camps to donate a week, secure a semester of children's classes or play space passes *Do you or a member of your family have a skill or service they can donate?
