We manufacture 800 million toilet rolls per year If unrolled and joined end to end we make enough paper every day to go once around the equator with a little spare We make enough tissue to cover a football pitch every 15 seconds Every 10 minutes we make enough tissue to stretch from Prudhoe to Newcastle It takes 2 hours to produce a toilet roll from raw material to loading
- n to the wagon for
delivery
Interesting Prudhoe Facts….
We are the largest mill in the UK group with just over 400 employees Or on a more cosmic scale the paper would reach the moon in a week!
