• Review the project boundaries and cost

distribution methodology

• Hear testimony from interested parties
• After considering testimony, adopt the

R&O to form the Waible Creek Trunk RD

WAIBLE CREEK TRUNK SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS

PROJECT COST ELIGIBILITY

• Eligible RD Costs
• 12-inch diameter sewer, and smaller
• Offsite and downstream of Development
• Non-Eligible Costs
• Upsize for greater than 12-inch diameter
• Onsite of Development

PROPOSED RD COST DISTRIBUTION METHODOLOGY

QUESTIONS HEARD FROM BENEFITED PROPERTIES

• When is payment of RD Charge due?
• Due at time of permit for connection to sewer
• 10-year sunset clause
• Why are other nearby properties not included?
• Benefited Properties must have a direct connection
• Other nearby properties will gain indirect benefit
• Can the RD Charge be apportioned in the future?
• This is an option; requires application & public hearing
