  6. Assistant Council Commissioner (ACC) 6 • Increase the size of our Council Team • Make CK3 and DCCs’ workload more manageable • Increase insights & practices diversity (age, experience, geography, etc.) • Appointed by & Accountable to one of the DCCs

  7. Council Consultants 7 • Long-Time & well-respected Scouters who are expert in a certain field • Should have around 50 years of Scouting Experience, and/or • Substantial National / International level experience

Next Step 20 • Current: Consultation Phase – subject to change base on feedbacks & suggestions • Finalize draft sometimes between Feb 10 – Feb 17 • Council-wide Announcement: Feb 22 • Recruitment on remaining vacant roles: Starting in March and ongoing (Target: August) • Structure can change based on the DCC’s need and also our people’s need
