Scope & Concept Development Engineering Design Construction
Project Phases
- Plans are at 60% complete
- Working on obtaining real estate easements
- Working through 60% design comment resolution

Project Purpose & Objectives
- Create permanent improvements to painted road diet and to address
existing speeding issues
- Full complete streets project
- Our intention is to move forward to construction as soon as possible
- To implement as many of the scope elements as possible
- If we are unable to obtain easements, the improvements that require
those easements will be removed from the project
