  2. Company: Red-Point Product: Logistic Systems Process: From waterfall-model to scrum Context In a ever changing market for logistic and distribution of goods, the pressure to adopt to this change is ever increasing on Red-Point. There are two factors that are increasingly harder to ignore 1. increasing market or demand for logistics driven by globalization. 2. Software products are getting more and more customize to suit the need of the customers. If Red-point don't adopt to the changing environment, will it in worst case scenario just cease to exist. Motivation increase the market-share as the market is growing by delivering product in time, customized and with minimum maintenance cost.

  3. Issue The developers in the company have managed very well to adopt the new developing process(scrum), but there are problems with Effort-Estimation Goal By having good estimates the company will have 1.better pricing 2.better timing for deliveries together this will give customers a predictability or what to expect from Red-Point which will lead to loyal customers and by that returning to Red-Point, which means more money to the company.
