AICE & IB Programs of Choice

  • Only students from BTHS, CHS, PVHS, and SJTHS can apply to AICE or IB at any school.
  • Students zoned for NHS, PMHS, and SAHS can only apply to AICE or IB at their zoned schools

as a part of the application process.

  • Students applying to any program in addition to AICE or IB should choose the other

program/s first and AICE or IB as their last choice. (Students can choose up to 3 options.)

  • AICE & IB applicants are pre-approved or denied prior to the lottery based on their academic
  • performance. All who are deemed eligible are accepted.
  • The lottery is simply used as an electronic application for tracking purposes.
  • Once students zoned for NHS, PMHS and SAHS are accepted into other programs at other

schools (after Feb. 22), they become a student of that new school for 2019-20. If they then wish to be considered for AICE or IB, they should contact the AICE/IB office at that new school directly. This is done AFTER TER & & OUTS UTSIDE E of the Program of Choice Application Process.

  • The same process holds true for JROTC and VyStar Academy of Business & Finance programs.
