What is special is to deliver the positive experiences and high feel-good factors of the sport that keep him there for years – long after the licence. That’s exactly what our EPSILON series does ... The EPSILON 8 became well known for its balanced character, and quickly developed the sales fjgures and customer satisfaction that puts it among the most successful EPSILONs yet: not an easy task for our development team to top. But we are happy that they have done it with the EPSILON 9. Their performance boost and technical upgrades both work – better perfor- mance and even more precise handling. This latest generation of our Intermediate is characterised by its quiet ride through turbulent air. We are especially pleased that this has been achieved with no alteration in passive safety. Like its predecessor the EPSILON 9 Sliced Diagonals keep the canopy shape correct for years, double 3D-Shaping creates a smooth leading edge profjle. Automatic Dust Remover

As a fjrst for ADVANCE paraglider models the EPSILON 9 has a continuous all-cell channel along the trailing edge as an exit route for dust and

Riser Features

EPSILON 9 risers have all the features that make life easy for the pilot: plastic covered brake handle magnets for perfect hold, brake handle sizes that match the particular wing area, swivels to relieve brake line twists, brake pulleys for easy-running brakes and, of course, the Speed Performance Indicator. During fmight this shows a broad brush indication of the chosen accelerated speed related to the wing’s polar curve. This mainly simplifjes the choice of best speed to fmy relative to current headwind and sinking air, and initially helps the pilot to set up his harness speed lines to suit the EPSILON 9. Tried and tested by the EPSILON 8

Like the EPSILON 8 the EPSILON 9 also has our EASY CONNECT System to help the pilot correc- tly connect the paraglider risers to the harness. Separate, easy-to-reach outer A-risers make big ears very straightforward. Our useful QUICK SNAP magnets connect this A-riser to it’s A neighbour for easy ground handling.   • ccur with the EPSILON 9. The new Seamless Weight Ranges provide a
continuous transition of fmying weight through the fjve wing sizes without overlap. Within these ideal all-up weight ranges the EPSILON 9 will provide an optimal balance of climb performance and fmying speed for all typical fmying conditions.

Paramotor Certification

The EPSILON 9 is eminently suited to paramotor fmying due to its exceptionally good takeoff behaviour, and high pitch and directional stability in fmight. DGAC paramotor certifjcation work for 24, 26, 28 and 30 sizes is currently underway. Paramotor risers with trims are available for the EPSILON 9 as an option.
