Documentation management system • Corrective maintenance gives information about all required corrective maintenance actions. It provides instructions for the removal and re-installation of the equipment and provides guidance for its maintenance and testing. • Preventive maintenance provides information about all required preventive maintenance actions. The preventive maintenance actions can be filtered by specific time or distance intervals so that the maintenance actions required at a particular point in time are shown. • Description provides an overview of the vehicle and its systems. It gives information about the system in relation to its function, technical data, function schedule, drawing layouts, images etc. • Special tools shows the special tools used for e.g. your maintenance actions. page 6 Introducing
Documentation management system • Spare parts catalogue collects all your spare parts through interactive illustrations on different levels. Your spare parts are presented through interactive illustrations. When a specific system is selected on the image of the major system, the table or image of the sub-system is displayed. When you go to the next level, you will see the table or image of the components. • Trouble-shooting shows a list of symptoms and the associated remedial actions. Your interactive trouble-shooting tree shows a list of symptoms (or error codes) for each major system. Each symptom has a number of associated remedial actions. If none of these solves the problem, the next and more detailed level of remedial actions is shown, and so on, until you find the right solution. • Software lists the specific software used in your vehicle. page 7 Introducing
