EMPOWERING THE INTERNET OF EVERYTHING
Project Objectives
Design and develop an innovative fuel optimized route guidance and driver- support system. Integrate machine learning algorithm for estimating travel time, fuel consumption on road network for route selection. Evaluating carbon emission due to road transport and fleets.
Pharos – Fully Integrated Solution
Evaluation & Carbon Footprint Operations, Scheduling, Route Optimization I N T E
Public Cloud “Managed Service” or On-Site Installation (Private Cloud)
Monitoring & Navigation Maintenance Management Optimization ERP HR G R A T I O N
Project Modules
Management Information Active Work Orders Routes / Schedules Missions & Dispatching Orders Odometer/mileage, oil, fuel, battery, temperature Violations and Alerts Region / department Current Status
Centralized Resource Information System
Integration with "Altair FMS“ Administrational& Resource module for staff, vehicle, landmark, route information
Maintenance quick statistics Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Schedule & Status Driver & License Information Allocated zones (dynamic rules) Crew Structure Rules
Fleet Maintenance Management
Full Maintenance Lifecycle
- Corrective & Preventive Maintenance Management
(auto-scheduled by km / time / engine hours)
Integrating with Altair FMS Maintenance module for Request for
Repair (RFR) and preventive maintenance.
Maintain vehicle profile and periodic maintenance
(auto-scheduled by km / time / engine hours)
- Maintenance Planning, Scheduling and Checklists
- Need for Repair Management (levels, accidents,
severities)
- Work Order Management, Workflow & Order
Tracking
- Dynamic vendor / workshop workflow management
- Management of internal workshops / labor and 3rd
party suppliers including 3rd party system access to receive and update orders
Fleet Operation Management
Fleet Scheduling & Operation :
- Trip, task and delivery planning
- Vehicle & Driver Shift Management – dynamically
configurable
- Highly visual user-friendly fleet and driver schedules
- Driver dispatching and fleet scheduling
- Vehicle Load / Unload Management
- Vehicle Load / Unload Management
- GIS - Smart landmark / position creation on the fly
- Integration of Fuel Route Optimization and
Management
Fuel Route Optimization
Forecasting (Fuel Optimized Route) – Learning Algorithm based on:
Work-order constrains & Maintenance Traffic Pattern (Historical & Estimated) Fuel utilization index per vehicle Fuel Optimized Route
Navigation
Integration of the selected route with existing fleet management system navigation module to navigate driver to selected route and logging driving information. Collecting driving behavior ( speed, acceleration, stops …etc) to update traffic speed profile over network
Feedback and Evaluation
Provide a feedback & automatic statistical reports to the fleet managers including:
Fleet Performance Indicators. Trip, mileage, distance reports Driving behavior (including CO2 emission profiles of each driver (eco-driving evaluation) Scorecards for drivers Evaluation of the fuel and CO2 reduction impact of the PHAROS solutions.
Carbon Footprint
Monitoring the demographic annual carbon emissions of vehicles will make it possible to have an accurate assessment of the overall CO2 emissions of the fleets.
