  3. Beneficiation of 23Mt Tailings Dump

  4. Background Company Founders - involved in the beneficiation of Zimbabwean waste dumps, last five years, using sensor based sorting technologies – namely: ✓ Zimbabwe Alloys Ferrochrome – ferro alloy ✓ Maranatha Ferrochrome – ferro alloy ✓ Alaska Copper Smelter & Refinery – copper matte ✓ Bindura Nickel – nickel sulphide waste and nickel matte Visited Kamativi Tin Mine in 2015 – considered beneficiation of waste and tailings dumps. July 2016 signed an exclusivity agreement with ZMDC to evaluate lithium potential in the +/- 23 MT tailings dump. February 2018 signed JV Agreement with Kamativi Tin Mines (40%). 17th May 2018 C.O.M. 9. Phase 1 – Pilot Plant • Pilot Plant Production starting Q4 2018 (revenue generation): • Dense media separation (DMS) plant • Capacity of ± 55,000 tpa of concentrate • Concentrate +6% Li 2 O (95% spodumene mineralization) • Concentrate export via road and rail 17th May 2018 C.O.M. Presentation

  10. Phase 2 – Main Plant • Main Plant Production starting Q1 2020: • 2 x Dense media separation (DMS) plants • 400 tph Flotation Plant with capacity of ± 169,000 tpa* of concentrate • Concentrate +6% Li 2 O* (95%* spodumene mineralization) • Concentrate export via road and rail 17th May 2018 C.O.M. Presentation

  11. Project Summary • +/- 23 Million tonne lithium bearing tailings dump on surface grading 0.50% to 0.84% Li2O; professionally built tailings stockpile. • Already mined, crushed and milled – mitigates operating risk, reduced operating costs. • Simple metallurgical recovery process. • Brownfield site benefits expected to significantly reduce capital costs. • Staged development provides for a short timeframe to production/revenue (Q4 -2018) • Risk mitigation through phased approach to project development and capital spend. • Local exploration already underway - Located in known pegmatite belt with lithium, tin and tantalum mineralisation. • Experienced team with in-depth knowledge and operating experience in Zimbabwe, West and South Africa. 17th May 2018 C.O.M. Presentation
