Independent Senior Locations • 21 independent senior communities • 2,477 apartment units • 109 units under construction • 2,700 independent senior residents • One and two-bedroom apartment homes • Locations close to grocery stores, healthcare, and other neighborhood amenities • Community spaces and activity areas that promote an active lifestyle and reduce isolation • On-site Resident Services

Resident Services • Education • Homework help, adult education classes, safety training, library programs, needs assessments, and program referrals, resume assistance • Health & Wellness • Nutrition and food stability assistance, mobile health services, Medicare & Medicaid application assistance, nutrition education • Financial Stability • Budgeting sessions, utility assistance, access to benefits, fee waiver programs • Community Engagement • Social events and activities, transportation services, resident planning meetings

Assisted Living • 2 assisted living communities • Only two affordable assisted living communities in Nevada • 180 apartment units • 184 residents • Designed for those who can no longer able to live alone safely, but do not require a nursing home’s level of care • All-inclusive model, with no fee change if care increases
