Increase safety of pedestrian crosswalks through the incorporation of bump-
uts
Create connections from Center Street Municipal Parking Lot to Corbin Drive,

and into Village Square

Work with ConnDOT and OSTA, and the Town of Darien, in adding crosswalks

in downtown Darien in the vicinity of the project.
