Offering Travel Insured Plans to Non-NCOIL States  If your customer resides in any of the non-NCOIL states, you may get an error message saying you cannot complete the transaction  The non-NCOIL states are: Florida, Hawaii, New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio. (Ohio joins the NCOIL states in March 2018)  Boca Express Travel is currently licensed to transact in the following Non- NCOIL states: NY  You have two options: (For Residents of PA, OH & HI) 1. Send your customer an email quote or link, and they can complete the transaction on their own. 2. Call Travel Insured at 1-800-243-3174 and we can help to complete the transaction. 6

Commission Protection Program  When your client purchases any of the WTP plans, then has to cancel the trip for a pre-departure trip cancellation claim, Travel Insured will protect 100% of your lost travel supplier commissions, up to a maximum of 15% of your client’s full trip cost.  Guidelines are on the Commission Protection Request Form 15
