The patent application for the OK-filter is registered and owned by OKsave Capital AB, a company owned by Asko Päiviö who is the inventor behind the OK-filter. Asko Päiviö is a genuine entrepreneur and together with his wife Eva, both have run several companies since 1985. OKsave Capital AB and OKsave AB are Ltd companies owned by the Päiviö family, specializing in invention developments. The companies today consist of 5 different patents in process. One of this the OK-filter have been shared in a join venture agreement with Pen-D Consult AB and Anders Åkesson Konsult AB. OKsave Capital AB is the majority owner of 70% in the j.v.

Leif Steffensen is a solid experienced Project Manager who after a long career started an independent consulting firm, Pen-D Consult AB, in 2011 based in Sweden and in 2014 the company extended with an office in Norway. Pen-D Consult AB is a Ltd company specialized in planning, leading and managing of projects. The main assignments have been within infrastructure of electric grid and fibre optic networks,
experience from running projects at nuclear power plants and within the technical department of Swedish Ship Administration. The projects and assignments have demanded a high level of technical knowledge in various disciplines, organisations and business skills, as well as understanding and sensitivity for culture
including being based abroad in periods. Asko Päiviö and Leif Steffensen have known each other several years and in autumn 2015, they agreed to co-operate in a join venture project with the goal to develop the OK-filter invention to a commercial product. Leif Steffensen is the project leader of the team and Pen-D Consult AB have 20% equity in the project.
Anders Åkesson is a solid experienced chemist and environment engineer who after a long career started an independent consulting firm in 2005. Anders Åkesson konsult AB is a Ltd company specialized to provide customers with consultation and advice to live up to and maintain environment national and EU regulation and standards, this includes also survey of environment hazards and support in creating environment policies. Clients is given a high standard of service based form experience form working several years as main authority surveyor with in the region and later as engineer at environment department Hässleholm city district heating plants and waste deposal company Asko Päiviö and Andes Åkesson have known each other several years and in autumn 2015, together with Leif Steffensen they agreed to co-operate in a join venture project with the goal to develop the OK-filter invention to a commercial product. Anders Åkesson main responsible is for the chemistry issues, absorber material and chemical test evaluation in the project. Anders Åkesson konsult AB have 10% equity in the project.
