- 1. THE COMPANY
SOCIEDAD GALLEGA DE POLÍMEROS S.A. We are dedicated to the recycling of industrial plastic waste, and its commercialization as recycled Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE). Our annual production capacity is 14.000 Tn. We manage wastes from different industrial origins and count with a large chain of suppliers. Focusing on our clients. We manage a large portfolio of clients from film-extrusion companies (manufacturers of plastic bags, sheets and retractile films) to manufacturers of pipes and many others industrial applications, nationally and internationally.

2.1 Washing
Our work-team possesses wide experience in the designing and running of washing lines. e washing process includes our own machinery designed to guarantee maximum cleanness of the product, therefore we are able to optimize the efficiency of the equipment included in our production line.

2.2 Extrusion (Erema)
Our finished product is of high quality, providing to our customers with the maximum guarantee due to
- ur extrusion process using an EREMA machine. Erema is a leading company in the sector of extrusion
machines , we count with their technology and technical support.

Our product is homogenized in a storage silo of 12 Tn. e end product is presented in palletized big-bags
- f 1.250 Kg. that are secured with retractile film and individually identified to guarantee its preservation and
easy handling through the supply chain.

- 5. EUCERTPLAST CERTIFICATION
We are the first Spanish company didicate to recycle polyethylene that gests the European Certification of Plastics Recyclers (EuCertPlast).
NOTE: Eucertplast is a unique European audit scheme for the certification os post- consumer plastics recyclers and is needed to: · Improve transparency; · Implement traceability of collected post consumer waste; · Determine recycling and trading practices.

At SOGAPOL we understand quality control as the basis of continuous improvement of all our processes, therefore we monitore closely our production procedures. We carry rigorous inspections of the procedures from the beginning, with careful selection of the raw materials till the manufacture of the end product. We count with a full-equipped laboratory that allows us to provide our clients with all the technical key- information about the end products they might need.
