  • Responses must be received by 2:00 pm on Friday, January 18, 2019

Proposal Package

  • Seven (7) Copies of the Proposal
  • Two (2) Copy of the Pricing Proposal
  • ONE (1) Copy of required CMD forms
  • One (1) USB Drive with electronic copies of all documents

As Needed Engineering RFQ: Minimum Qualifications

Lead Consultant Qualifications

  • 7 years verifiable experience consulting on complex maritime/port related projects
  • 3 projects within the past 5 years for public sector agencies

Joint Venture Partner Qualifications (RFQ AMENDMENT)

  • 3 years verifiable experience providing engineering services

Contract Manager Qualifications

  • 5 years continuous experience managing design or analysis
  • 5 continuous years’ experience managing design contracts and 3 years overseeing contract administration

for a contract fee over $1.5 Million or $500K in one year

Subconsultants

  • 3 years verifiable experience providing services described in Appendix A
