Developed Just In Time Training Network PLT/PSE

▪ Recently developed a Just In Time training program late 2017. ▪ To be delivered to new PSE/PLT employees and employees who are transferring to the Network Department. ▪ Program was developed to assist PSE/PLT employees with a general orientation to understand the design and hazards of a Network System. ▪ Initial Program was 2-3 days of module based training with a tour of our downtown Network Facility. ▪ Next step is to incorporate our TTC Network training yard for hands on tasks.
