 This proyect will be developed in 2016, 2017 y 2018.  This year 90 per cent of the budget from the Territorial Rebalancing Fund (FRT) allocated to Vallecas will be used to support the Plan Labora: 4.200.00 euros.  26 employment and training workshops will be given and managed by Employment Agency of Madrid intended for 390 unemployed people without social benefits (3,80 percent of all people without social benefit), who will recibe wages equivalent to Minimum Inter- professional Salary for 9 months.

EMPLOYMENT CREATION AND TRAINING SCHEME IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE NEIGHBOURHOODS

Improve possibilities of labor insertion of unempolyed population, through professional training. Strengthen care and maintenance of public spaces. Adapt and rehabilitate municipal buildings for social use.

OBJECTIVES

 Generate a network of urban orchard-gardens.  Boost education institutions and public spaces to prevent truancy, the improvement of neighbours’s coexistency, and attention to people.

• School absenteeism prevention. Outdoor activities Instructors working with

children in parks and public spaces.

• Creation of a demostration centre of urban orchard garden.
• Cuidamos Vallecas Proyect. Creation of 10 groups of gardeners and public

roads cleaning operators in 10 neighbourhoods in booth districts.
