– Founded in 1973, the Puerto Rican Cultural Center is a community-based, grassroots, educational, health and cultural service

Ryan White Services Overview

 Funding for programming began in 2015  Program services include providing on- and off-site comprehensive psychosocial and substance use group and individual sessions. Participants are provided with ongoing support and tools needed to maintain a healthy substance-free lifestyle.  Other relevant HIV funding received: Ryan White Part B, ADAP, SAMHSA – Minority AIDS Initiative  Current service area includes Humboldt Park, Lawndale and Calumet Park but also includes all of Chicago areas.  Demographics include African American and Latinx
