Our Mission
To become the influential and effective voice of the public and give adults, young people, children and communities a stronger voice to influence and challenge how health and social care services are provided within Hillingdon.

What has Healthwatch been set up to do?
Gather the views and experiences of local people Make views known to commissioners and providers To help people get the best out of their health and social care To use statutory ‘ enter and view’ visiting powers Provide people with information, advice and support Provide an advocacy service (provided by VoiceAbility) Work with other local Healthwatch Provide Healthwatch England with intelligence and insight

How we will do this
ENGAGE
Working with organisations, community networks, groups and individuals we will gather the experiences and views of local people about local health & social care services.
INFLUENCE
We will let the decision-makers know about people experiences, how services can be improved and work with them to improve services.
ENABLE
Through training and support, we will empower individuals and sections of the community, especially those that are seldom heard, to play their part in improving Hillingdon’ s health and social care services
INFORM
Provide an advice and information service about access to local health & social care services.
