❖ PCORE Leadership Team will incorporate your ideas into the mission and vision statements. PCORE Resource Officer will send out a draft of the statements for review before the next panel meeting. ❖ PCORE Leadership Team will draft roles and responsibilities for each stakeholder involved on the panel and discuss them during one-on-ones. ❖ Next full panel meeting will be scheduled and center on how to build employee engagement effectively.
