We don’t have all the pieces of the puzzle Other players have skills that we don’t have Other players have access to learners/funds/ sectors that we do not have access to. Partnerships offer a lot of chances to learn new stuff and grow new skills. Partnerships provide opportunities to reflect on our own practices and take satisfaction in some things that we do rather well.

Programme keeps learner at the centre of all delivery. Focus is on developing strong foundation skills, including L+N, Financial capability and Health and Safety. Partnerships are the way forward – especially if you want to do something over and above the regular work we do. Inevitably there will be a report at the conclusion and that is a wonderful way of promoting what we do. Partnerships are a great way of generating good news stories. Once you have successfully navigated one – you increase the chances of follow up partnership arrangements. You have a successful track record. If anybody is up for a partnership project – talk to me.
