Integrated Innovative approach in Power Plants – Ash utilisation
The out put of FGD = Input of Ash Neutralization Plant (ANP) Output of ESP retrofit = Input of Ash Neutralization Plant (ANP) Output of ZLD = Input to Ash Neutralization Plant (ANP) If designed in integrated manner the designs of all can be optimal for
- verall emission control and energy
usage. Hence all areas as single point responsibility is the best way to go.
- High thermal efficiency – typically over 90%
- Lowest carbon footprint
- All waste produced can be neutralized to make energy efficient products.
- Products can be the most significant contributor to Sustainable
development
- Can save upto 20% of cooling / heating load
- Can save another millions of tons of Carbon emissions in next decade in its
lifetime usage
- Optimal use of resources - among the most significant energy and
