To develop and implement a more comprehensive, integrated, and

strategic focus on diversity and inclusion as a key component of human resource strategies.

To disseminate clear, concise and accessible information concerning D&I

Initiatives and activities to achieve maximum workforce participation and engagement throughout the Department.

To strengthen strategic partnerships with HHS Diversity Offices,

ERGs, Affinity Groups and other government agencies

To leverage networks and partnerships to enhance diversity and inclusion

in HHS’ overall recruitment and outreach efforts.
