PGCPS Literacy EOY Goals
By June 30, 2019, 25% of all students will meet the college and career readiness benchmarks for ELA by scoring at the proficiency levels of 4 or 5 on the PARCC English Language Arts Assessments.

Homeroom/Dismissal
- Students are welcome in their classrooms starting at 9:15 am.
- Students start the day with their homeroom teachers.
○ Attendance ○ Social Skills ○ Work Habits
- Teachers and Leadership Team members monitor transitions.
- At 3:30 pm, students transition to their homerooms for dismissal
procedures.
- Changes in transportation must be notified to homeroom teacher and office
personnel.
- Bookbags will be kept at their homerooms.
- General Questions should be sent to Mr. Gomez, Spanish Immersion
Coordinator and Content Specific questions go to the content teachers.

Spanish HW Starts 1st week

Google Classroom
All classes will be using Google Classroom. All homework, communications and announcements will be posted in Google classroom. Please ensure that your child can log in their emails. You can access Google classroom from your device.

Visitors / Visitations
- All visitors must report to the main office to be scanned and receive a
visitor pass
- Parents are welcome to visit rooms under the following conditions
- No conferences
- No talking or disciplining other students
- Not allowed during testing
- Not to use or view documents on desk or computers
- Not assist grading or accessing any material with students data
- Not share food with students
- No pictures or posting to social media

School Breakfast will be served between 9:00 am to 9:30 am Cost: $1.60 Students can bring their lunch or purchase lunch in our school cafeteria. Cost: $2.75 Access My School Bucks to deposit money online for kids to purchase lunch.
