Co-design: tooling design and construction for metal components cut and bent. The success of our company is based on a very important principle: the best results are obtained not alone but through a good collaboration with our customers.

HISTORY A wire between Tradition and Innovation

• 1963 start the industrial activities with the production of springs;
• 1980 purchase of the first Bihler machine;
• 1985 purchase of the first CNC machine for springs;
• 1999 new headquarters of 7,000 square meters;
• 2000 since 2000, investment in human resources and innovation have been around 5-

10% of turnover;

• 2010 lease of a warehouse of 2,000 square meters

for the finished product storage, waiting for the construction

• f a new building of 6,000 square meters, for which the land close to the

headquarters of Carvico, for a total of 18,000 square meters, has already been reserved. Through all these years, Brigati family has managed the company with professionalism and dedication, letting it become today one of the leading companies in the sector.

SPRINGS

An extensive range of various shapes and technical applications of compression/torsion/extension and double-torsion springs – from 0,08 mm wire diameter (micro) to 3,00 mm diameter as goal business but also higher diameter according to customer’s request and original products or items manufactured to the design of particular customers. We can also use wires with a square section starting from a section of 0.80 mm and subjecting the springs to heat treatment, shot peening, passivation and specific treatments requested by the customer. Each item is subjected to strict quality controls to ensure maximum results.

Metal components of all shapes and types, such as terminals, threaded clamps, brush-holders, clips, hinges components, produced by Bihler, Bruderer and Minster stamping

• technology. We design and manufacture internally the

tooling required to be installed on our machines to produce the components. The design and manufacture is in according to customer's drawings and / or in co-design, using, as raw material, metal wire and/or metal strips according to specifications and / or customer's indication on the drawings (width between 3 and 120 mm and thickness between 0,10 and 3,00 mm).

STAMPINGS & BENT COMPONENTS

We settle semi and fully automatic assembly lines on customer’s demand, in order to assemble the metal parts of our production ( spring and/ or stamping part) together with the plastic part or other material which is usually provided by our customers or which is purchased

• n their behalf.

PRE- ASSEMBLED PARTS

We mount the metal components we manufacture with supports in plastic or other material, through automatic or semi-automatic assembly machines.
